At Patron Place staff commitment ensures that each resident shall receive meals and personal services commensurate with the needs of the individual Resident. The personal services also includes 24-hour responsibility for the well being of the Residents. Patron Place PCH Assisted Living will provide individual Residents protective care and watchful oversight including but not necessarily limited to, Management’s daily awareness of the Resident’s functioning, his or her whereabouts, the scheduling and reminding Residents of medical appointments, the ability and readiness to intervene if a crisis arises for a Resident, supervision in areas of nutrition, medication and actual provision of supportive medical services.
Personal services shall be provided by the director or on-site manager . Assistance shall be given to those Residents who are unable to keep themselves neat and clean. Patron Place shall provide sufficient activities to promote the physical, mental and social well-being of each Resident. Patron Place PCH provides at a minimum, books, newspapers, and games for leisure time activities. Patron Place PCH encourages, offers, and provides assistance to those Residents who wish to participate in their particular hobbies, such as, music, arts and crafts, religion, games, sports, social, recreational and cultural activities. These activities are accommodated both in the home and in the community.
